What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis has been used for centuries as a safe tool for treating a wide range of conditions without the use of medication. 

 

It is a technique used to enable a person to reach an advanced state of relaxation whilst having a heightened sense of awareness, allowing the therapist to give positive suggestions directly to the unconscious mind which influences all our mental and physical functions (bypassing the rational, questioning conscious mind).  This gives you the opportunity to effectively change your unwanted habits and behaviour enabling you to reach your full potential.

 

During the process of hypnotherapy you will feel comfortable and at ease, yet completely aware of what is happening in the session.

 What is NLP?


Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a form of applied psychology.  It is about learning how we gather information from the outside world, our interpretation of this information (given our personal experiences, values and beliefs) and understanding the patterns and strategies we employ in order to reach an outcome. 

 

Using NLP we can ensure that we understand our mind’s own language and learn to achieve specific goals successfully and consistently by thinking, communicating and managing ourselves more effectively. 

 

NLP is a bounty of powerful tools which can be used to enable us to easily change the way we think and act ensuring optimum results in every aspect of our lives.
